We take pride in the quality of our products. Our policies are designed to be fair to our customers while remaining strictly compliant with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).
- No Return for "Change of Mind"
In accordance with DTI regulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:- The customer suddenly changed their mind after purchase.
- The customer decided they no longer like the item.
- The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or variant (where the item delivered matches the order placed)
- Custom-made or personalized goods are not qualified for refunds unless defective

Definition of a Defective Item
Returns and exchanges are only valid for Manufacturing Defects or cases where the wrong item was shipped.- What is covered: Factory-related functional issues or structural damage existing before the item reached the customer.
- What is NOT covered: Damage resulting from customer misuse, neglect, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or ordinary wear and tear.

Strict Requirement: Unboxing Video & Evidence
To protect both the buyer and the seller from fraudulent claims, we require clear proof of the condition of the item at the exact moment of receipt.- Unboxing Video: Customers must provide a continuous, unedited video of the parcel being opened for the first time, clearly showing the waybill and the defect/damage.
- Photos: Close-up photos of the specific defect or the incorrect item received.
- Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the denial of the return request.

Return Period Deadline
Any claims regarding defects, damage, or incorrect items must be raised within two (2) to three (3) business days from the date of delivery.- The date of delivery is determined by the courier’s tracking system.
- Complaints filed after this period will be considered "accepted in good condition" and will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

Product Condition and Packaging
If a return is authorized, the item must be returned in the following condition:- Original State: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- Complete Packaging: All original boxes, plastic wraps, pouches, and fillers must be included.
- Intact Tags/Accessories: All brand tags, labels, manuals, and freebies must be present and attached.

Process of Redress
Once the return is received and inspected:

- Repair: We will first attempt to repair the defective item if possible.
- Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will provide a replacement of the same item.
- Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
