Shipping policy

  1. Payment Method: No COD
    Please be advised that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be fully paid via our authorized payment channels before they are processed and scheduled for shipping or pickup.
  2. Standard Shipping Partners & Timelines
  3. For standard shipping, we use integrated couriers (e.g., J&T Express, LBC Express or others). And shipping times for different geo-zones are indicated in the checkout page
  4. Fulfillment: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
  5. Same-Day Delivery via Client Pickup
    We allow same-day delivery via third-party logistics (Lalamove, Grab, etc.) under the following conditions:
    • Client-Arranged: The client is responsible for booking the rider and paying the delivery fee directly to the courier.
    • Scheduling: Pickup must be coordinated with our team to ensure the items are ready. Pickup is only available during our operating hours, and within the prescribed releasing days and windows - typically weekdays from 11am to 5pm)
    • Transfer of Responsibility: Once the goods are handed over to the client's appointed rider, the client assumes sole and full responsibility for the items. * Waiver of Liability: We are not liable for any delays, loss, mishandling, or damage that may occur during transit. Any disputes regarding the delivery must be settled between the client and the chosen courier service.
  6. Failed Delivery & RTS (Standard Shipping)
    If a standard delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the item will be tagged as Return to Seller (RTS). The client will be responsible for paying the shipping fee for the second delivery attempt.
  7. Damaged or Lost Parcels (Standard Shipping)
    Our team follows strict packaging guidelines (bubble wrap/corrugated boxes). While we will assist in filing claims for parcels lost or damaged by standard couriers, we require an unboxing video (continuous and unedited) as evidence for all investigations.
