Not really, you can checkout as a guest. But registering for an account has several benefits besides quicker checkout process in the future. It may provide you with better customer service as our website is constantly upgrading and improving to increase customer service experience. A registered account may enjoy benefits such as product recommendations, better personalization, new product releases and sometimes even extra information on product order updates.
Our website is SSL-certified. This simply means that any financial, credit card data, transactions, signups and other sensitive information are encrypted and transmitted over secure networks. We do not have access to your credit card information, nor store them in our system.
Credit Cards 
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal. Your credit card is charged onyl at the time of the actual shipment of the item(s). However, there might be a temporary hold on the funds until the time of actual shipment. Please provide the correct billing information for the card being used. Billing information includes name, address and phone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or card issuer. If using a shipping address that is different from the billing address, please provide a mobile number for this shipping address.

Bank Deposit / Transfer 
You can also directly deposit/transfer to our bank accounts with BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. These bank information will be made available upon your checkout. Once the deposit is made, be sure to send us your deposit confirmation by filling up this form in this acknowledgment link. 

We also take GCash - our country’s leading secure cashless ecosystem.

Yes, we do through our stores at Lazada and Shopee. Be sure to choose COD as your preferred payment method. Please bear in mind that under certain situations (i.e. ECQ, Site maintenance, existing government restrictions and policies), this feature may not be accessible.
We use the country’s most reliable shipping providers to handle your orders. These are LBC, JNT Express, Grab Express, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, Capex, Blitz Delivery.

Contactless store pickup is open Monday through Friday from 10am - 6pm (PST, +GMT +8:00). Once your order and payment are processed online, please wait for us our acknowledgement. We shall also be informing of you the pertinent details as soon as your order is properly inspected and packed. This way, you can schedule with your TPS (third-party services) couriers like Grab, Lalamove, etc. for the pickup.

We email you the tracking reference or number as soon as it is available (Note: it may take up to 24 hours to be updated online). In most cases, you can track by visiting our third-party service providers.

Once you have submitted your order, please give our team 1-2 business days to check and verify your order and payment. We will be sure to inform you via email and/or SMS of any updates about your order. In certain events like holidays or store closures, we will need more time to check and process your order.

We strive to keep most items in stock for immediate delivery (unless we specify that is only available on “special order” basis only). In the event that an item is out of stock or for any other reason, it's unable to be shipped, we will notify you usually within one business day. We will keep the order open unless told to cancel it. When the item is in stock, we will ship it out to you. Your credit card will only be charged at the actual time of shipment, there might be a hold on the funds until the time of shipment.

Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide. For international orders, please send us an email before placing an order to avoid any ordering and shipping issues. International shipments are subject to import fees, duties and taxes (which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country) in addition to the brokerage fees, custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. All of these charges are shouldered by the recipient. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
